COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Direct EA1-T6CL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cds parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beijer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP470ATTO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FM15CDSFM15S5N manufactured by Cds and we are pleased to be able to service most Cds systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GK10 by Manufacturer Beijer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hannstar Brand HSD150SX84B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Festo such as FED1000 equipment made by Festo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Festo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Festo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC754VGI06STDLH made by General-Electric as well as the popular GT1675MVTBD original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GPH70LG4124VP by Proface and FED1000 spares by Festo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IWS30CP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron. |
